Um eine sichere Kommunikation zu gewährleisten, erfordert es ein gut abgestimmtes Netzwerk. Um Ihr Netzwerk im Auge zu behalten, hilft Ihnen Nextragen mit einer dauerhaften Netzwerküberwachung.
### Qualität auf einen Blick
Die Qualität eines Netzwerks, lässt sich nur mit aussagekräftigen Reports messen. Die Dokumentation des Netzbetriebs muss für jeden Kunden die jeweils wichtigsten Informationen, um so dynamisch auf Schwankungen im Netzwerk zu reagieren und diese zu optimieren.
Durch definierte Regeln, Alarme und Aktionen ist eine Erkennung von Engpässen im Netzwerk und eine dementsprechenden Reaktion möglich. Erkennt das Messsystem bereits leichte Abweichungen der vordefinierten Netzwerkqualität, erfolgen individuelle Aktionen wie z.B. Email-Benachrichtigungen oder der Start von Korrekturanwendungen. So kann noch vor merkbaren Qualitätseinbußen entscheidend reagiert werden.
### Messen und Simulieren
Die Nextragen Solutions Messtechnik analysiert die im Netzwerk laufenden Gespräche auf unterschiedliche Netzwerk-Parameter wie z.B. Jitter, Packetloss etc. und ist außerdem in der Lage, die Sprachqualität End-to-End zu bewerten.
Zusätzlich können mit dem Traffic-Simulator TraceSim, Gespräche generiert werden um so verschiedenste Szenarien zu testen. Dies ist optimal, um Anrufspitzen zu bestimmten Geschäftszeiten zu simulieren.
