# PASCOM Cloud System, Sichern und Wiederherstellen

Erfahren Sie, wie Sie Ihre PASCOM Telefonanlage Sichern und Wiederherstellen können.

## System Sichern

### Backup über die Admin-Weboberfläche

Sie haben die Möglichkeit, direkt über die Admin-Weboberfläche Sicherungen zu erstellen. Gehen Sie dazu auf das **Setting-Symbol** > **Backup** auf **Ausführen**. Hier stehen Ihnen noch weitere Einstellungsmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung.

1. Mittschnitte mit einbeziehen.
2. Empfangene Faxe mit sichern.
3. Voicemails einschließen.
4. Chat Dateien einschließen.
5. Menschen lesbare CSVs einschließen.

Sobald das Datenbankbackup abgeschlossen ist, erhalten Sie einen Link zum **Download** Ihrer **Backup-Datei**.

### Backup Datei öffnen und einsehen

Die Backup Datei kann mit einem Unarchiver (Entpacker) geöffnet werden. In der Dateistruktur der Sicherungsdatei finden Sie einen Ordner mit CSV Dateien, welche Sie einsehen und auswerten können.

## System Wiederherstellen

Es können keine Backups von Serverversionen älter als PASCOM 19 in PASCOM ONE importiert werden.

### Wiederherstellung über die Admin-Weboberfläche

Gehen Sie zur Wiederherstellung Ihrer PASCOM Telefonanlage im Menü auf **Setting-Symbol** > **Importe** und **Datenbank wiederherstellen**.

Wählen Sie Ihre **Backupdatei** über **Datei auswählen** und starten Sie den Wiederherstellungsprozess über den Button **Hochladen**.

### Wiederherstellung über den Installations-Assistenten

Bei der Einrichtung einer neuen PASCOM Telefonanlage können Sie mit Hilfe des Installations-Assistenten während dem Setup-Prozess Ihre vorhandene Datenbanksicherung einspielen.

Klicken Sie dazu einfach auf den Button **Ja**, laden Ihre Backupdatei hoch und den Rest erledigt der Installations-Assistent für Sie.
