# Memtime Integration

Verbinden Sie Memtime mit PASCOM und automatisieren die Zeiterfassung für Ihre Anrufe.

Dank der Integration mit Memtime werden Gesprächszeiten automatisch erfasst und abrechenbare Stunden direkt protokolliert. Mit nur wenigen Schritten richten Sie die Verbindung ein.

### PASCOM App in Memtime einrichten

* Starten Sie die Memtime-App.
* Klicken Sie auf das Burger-Symbol (drei horizontale Linien) in der oberen Ecke, um das Menü zu öffnen.
* Wählen Sie im Menü die Option "Connected Apps" aus.

Nun müssen sie PASCOM im Memtime Marketplace finden. Wenn PASCOM nicht in der Liste der Connected Apps angezeigt wird, klicken Sie auf **"Weitere Connected Apps finden"**. Dadurch öffnet sich die Website des Memtime Marketplace. Suchen Sie nach **"PASCOM"** und klicken Sie auf den Button **"Verbinde mit PASCOM"**.

### PASCOM-URL und REST-API-BASIC Auth String eingeben

Sie werden aufgefordert, Ihre PASCOM-URL und den REST-API BASIC Auth String einzugeben. Melden Sie sich an der Admin Oberfläche der PASCOM Telefonanlage an. Klicken Sie auf **Einstellungen** > **REST API**.

* Klicken Sie auf den Button **"Show REST Credentials"**, um Ihren BASIC Auth String anzuzeigen.
* Geben Sie nun Ihre PASCOM-URL und den Auth String in Memtime ein.

Sobald die PASCOM-Connected App installiert ist, kehren Sie zur Memtime-App zurück. Klicken Sie auf die Option **"Installierte Connected Apps aktualisieren"**, um sicherzustellen, dass die Verbindung hergestellt wurde.

### PASCOM authentifizieren

Wählen Sie in Memtime die PASCOM-App aus der Liste Ihrer Connected Apps. Klicken Sie auf **"Authentifizieren"**, um den Authentifizierungsprozess zu starten.

Sie werden nach Ihrem PASCOM-Benutzernamen und Ihrer PIN gefragt. Diesen finden Sie in der Admin Oberfläche unter **Benutzer** > **Benutzer**

* Bearbeiten Sie einen Benutzer, um den entsprechenden Benutzernamen und die PIN abzurufen bzw. neu zu setzen.
* Geben Sie Ihren Benutzernamen und die PIN in Memtime ein.

Klicken Sie auf **"Speichern"**, um die Authentifizierung abzuschließen.

### Zeiterfassung aktivieren

Gehen Sie in Memtime zur Rubrik Zeiterfassung. Dort sehen Sie jetzt eine Übersicht aller Ihrer PASCOM-Telefonanrufe, die automatisch erfasst werden. Die Integration ist nun abgeschlossen, und Ihre PASCOM-Anrufe werden jetzt automatisch in Memtime erfasst.
