# Kontakte aus DATEV

Synchronisieren Sie Ihre DATEV-Kontakte mit dem globalen Firmentelefonbuch der PASCOM Telefonanlage

Der **DATEV Kontakt Importer** synchronisiert Mandantenkontakte mit dem globalen Firmentelefonbuch der PASCOM Telefonanlage. Der Vorteil ist, dass die Mandantendaten auch außerhalb der DATEV Welt angezeigt werden. Benutzer sehen die Kontaktdaten somit auch lokal oder auf Mobilgeräten und nicht nur im DATEV Arbeitsplatz.

## Wie funktioniert das im Detail?

Anders als die klassische [DATEV Integration](/integrations/modules/datev.md) koppelt sich der **DATEV Kontakt Importer** mit der PASCOM App eines Benutzers, welche auf dem DATEV Arbeitsplatz installiert ist. Über die PASCOM App werden dann die Synchronisationen in das globale Firmentelefonbuch angestoßen. Dieses Telefonbuch steht dann allen Benutzern auf allen Geräten zur Verfügung.

## Einrichtung

1. Melden Sie sich an der Admin-Oberfläche der PASCOM Telefonanlage als Administrator an.
2. Navigieren Sie im Menü zu **Einstellungen** > **Connector**.
3. Klicken Sie auf **Hinzufügen** und wählen Sie den **DATEV Kontakt Importer** aus.
4. Vergeben Sie im nächsten Fenster einen Namen für den Connector.
5. Wählen Sie einen Benutzer aus, dessen PASCOM App die Synchronisation übernimmt.

Viele Kanzleien richten hierfür einen separaten Synchronisations-Benutzer (Sync-User) ein, der ausschließlich für diese Aufgabe fungiert.

Damit ist die Einrichtung bereits abgeschlossen.

## Synchronisation

Die Synchronisation läuft vollautomatisch ab. Die PASCOM App führt die Synchronisationen in festgelegten Intervallen durch, welche über den Tag verteilt sind. Genaue Uhrzeiten gibt es aufgrund von Loadbalancing nicht.

### Muss die PASCOM App des Benutzers, welche mit dem Connector gekoppelt ist, immer gestartet sein?

Ja, die Synchronisation findet nur statt, wenn die entsprechende PASCOM App auch gestartet ist. Das bedeutet: Wenn im Tagesgeschäft ganz normal gearbeitet wird, läuft die PASCOM App ohnehin und im Hintergrund wird vollautomatisch synchronisiert.
