Depending on which devices are assigned to for each location, you can choose from either your **mobile device**, the integrated **PASCOM softphone** or a **desk phone**. The PASCOM softphone is built into desktop app software and is ideal for use with a headset.

1. Click the **Drop Down Box** **"Preferred Device"** and select your **device**. Older versions call this menu **"Outgoing Calls"**.

## Find Me Follow Me For Incomming Calls

Using the incoming calls Find Me Follow Me settings you can control the ring order and duration for all of your devices.

1. **activate / deactivate** simply use the toggle switch for each call type that should ring on each device, e.g. **internal calls**
2. It is also possible to set a **time delay in seconds** to configure when device should **start** ringing. This is a useful tool if you use 2 or more devices for a call type (e.g. internal calls) as it sets the delayed device to start ringing only after the configured period of time.

## Switch off all Devices | DND

If you want to be unreachable, you can turn off all the **switches** and effectively force a Do Not Disturb mode.

1. **What happens if you switch off all devices?** It is best to check with your system administrator first, because there are multiple aspects to consider, for example any *announcements, call forwardings, voicemail box, etc.*.

## GSM Fallback

Mobile devices include an inbuilt GSM fallback switch which allows users to decide whether calls to their mobile device should be routed via GSM. In the device settings, you can specify incoming calls to your mobile device to be connected via the GSM network.

1. **Activate/Deactivate** the GSM switch for incoming mobile calls.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.pascom.net/en/user/pascom-app-userguide/mydevices.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `build a script that syncs our docs to a CMS` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
