# Connector Import Field Length Limits

Overview of the maximum character lengths for import fields in connector templates.

The following tables list the maximum character lengths for all fields that can be used in connector import templates (user import, phonebook/contact import, speeddial import).

## Phonebook / Contact Fields

Phone number fields additionally only accept digits (max 25) with an optional leading `+`.

**Important Note:** If imported data exceeds these limits, the connector import will fail for the affected record. The most common issue is the user display name (**003use\_bez**) which is limited to only 45 characters — shorter than the phonebook display name (80 characters).
